port-of-call if you suspect there are problems with any of these facilities.
Why is it off-network?
If there are network, server or routing problems affecting our hosting
services, our main websites - www.wensum.net
and www.norfolkinternet.co.uk
- may become unavailable too. An off-network site sidesteps the issue
of non availability because it's hosted independently at a third location
and will still allow clients to view fault reports and messages. It also
provides an alternative method of making contact when your (or our) main
email boxes aren't functioning.
Which section should I be looking at?
For issues regarding our hosting services (websites & email) click
on the link appropriate to your site - either Windows
or Linux. If you don't know which kind of server
your website is hosted on, please contact us for future reference.
If we look after your secure e-commerce shop, you'll find announcements
in this section.
If you use one of our connectivity solutions (ADSL broadband or dial-up)
