technical staff at Secure Hosting...
"This week our firewall vendors found a major issue in the compatibility
of its hardware appliances and the associated drivers, which directly
results in traffic being blocked. A resolution has been found, which requires
that we replace and reconfigure four of our firewalls affected by this
issue. On Tuesday morning 6th May between 4am and 6am, there may
be occasional outages of around 10 minutes while this work is completed.
This work has been scheduled at short notice as we need to get these units
swapped in order to prevent any further issues. However at the request
of some clients, it will take place after the bank holiday weekend. I
would like to assure you that the servers are monitored and engineers
are on standby over the weekend to resolve any problems should they occur."
