Current Problems

December 8, 2010 12:33 PM Connection problems on broadband - looks like some network issues or routing problems for some sites (ie google.co.uk not available but bbc.co.uk still visible). See www.noc.enta.net for status (visible site) where it's being reported as an 'incident'.

Update 12.55pm - The majority of services have now been restored although some residual issues remain.

To find your current bandwidth (upload/download) figures, log into your Enta billing area HERE. There is also a free third-party desktop tool available for you to display your ADSL usage stats and connection details directly on your PC - AVAILABLE HERE

Incoming mailserver: pop.entadsl.com
Outgoing mailserver: smtp.entadsl.com
Account name: in the form 'user@user.entadsl.com'
Password: as you set it up via your control panel - LOGIN HERE
